Foot Bridge over the Coast Fork of the Willamette River.

This is one of the early foot bridges over the Coast Fork where citizens from both sides of the river could stroll from one side to the other for shopping or pleasure. Bicyclers enjoyed riding across the bridge as well. Do you know the what the town on the westside of the river was called before both sides joined together under the name Cottage Grove?
